CoParent AI is a documentation and communication tool. Nothing in the app, its exports, its AI analysis, or this notice is legal advice, and using CoParent AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
CoParent AI produces tamper-evident records and court-formatted exports. Whether any record is admissible, and what evidentiary weight it carries, is decided by the court under the applicable rules of evidence and procedure. We make no representation that a record will be admitted or relied upon in any proceeding.
Each message is hashed with SHA-256 and chain-linked to the prior message, so alteration or deletion after export is detectable. Exports include a verification code that anyone — including a court — can check at coparentsai.com/verify. This demonstrates integrity (that a record was not changed); it does not, by itself, establish the truth of the underlying statements.
AI tone analysis and safety screening are provided to help users communicate more constructively and to flag potential risk. They are automated, imperfect, and not a substitute for professional judgment. A message being allowed, flagged, or rewritten by the AI is not a legal assessment and should not be relied upon as one.
Calendar events, proposals, and confirmations in CoParent AI are for coordination only. They do not constitute, modify, or replace a legally binding custody arrangement or parenting plan. Always follow your court-approved order and consult your attorney.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you enter, including any communications, incidents, or evidence you log or upload. Do not upload content you have no right to use, and do not use CoParent AI to harass, threaten, or unlawfully record any person.
CoParent AI does not guarantee any legal, custody, financial, or other outcome. Results depend on facts, jurisdiction, and decisions outside our control.
The service relies on third parties including Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Google (Play services / FCM), and Vercel. Their availability and performance are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is shared with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoParent AI is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This section is summarized here and governed in full by our Terms of Service.
